Service Project Manager
As an Aunex Services Project Manager you will not only clicking excel sheets, but fully own and manage high-complexity industrial wireless projects in factory automation environment to successful completion from initiation through delivery to closure. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams and our global customers and partners to complete distinct projects both on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing and communicating deliverables, risks, ROI, and issues. In addition, you will planning team and client meetings.
Aunex Services Project Managers need to have substantial experience managing OT/IT and automation projects and relying on traditional systems and software development methodologies, as well as practical experience with agile project management methodologies.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for industrial wireless projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in scope

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans, including non-technical task assignments and resource allocation

Coordinate and communicate effectively with technical leads, ensuring procedural execution of migration plans

Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks; develop and implement mitigation plans as needed

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and produce regular status reports for stakeholders

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, motivating team members and facilitating effective communication

Ensure alignment of projects with company standards, best practices, and processes

Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Structure the work systematically, ensuring internal processes are followed or, in their absence, new ones are created
Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from start to finish

Affinity for technology and curiosity to understand how things work while not being technical

Excellent organizational, communication, and written skills

Project management certification is good to have

Very good knowledge of the OT/IT infrastructure and process automation

Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges

Experience in creating presentations for VP- or C-level

Very good understanding of project management KPIs (e.g. budget-, scope-, quality, risk-performance, utilization)

Strong process-oriented mindset with a proven ability to design, document, and improve workflows
